Do I need to create an account before I can register for online training?
In order to purchase or register, you need to create an account profile for yourself or the person for whom you are registering.


How do I create an account?
An account can be created by clicking on the "Create Account" button in the upper left hand corner of the screen. You will be required to enter your email, name, address and member type before choosing your password. Please remember your password as you will need that to log into the site.


How do I register multiple people for the same course?
Each user must create their own account and register under their name so that the course appears in their account.


What if I need more information on a program or product?
Detailed information is provided by clicking on a course title: program description, schedule, content, credit, instructor(s) and pricing. If you need more information, contact academy@venminder.com.


What is the refund/cancelation policy?
Refunds are allowed on a case by case basis. Please email your cancellation request to academy@venminder.com. Registration fees will be fully refunded if the request is received within 24 hours of purchasing an on-demand session. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of any refunds.


How do I earn the certificate for viewing a course?
You must view the course, enter the verification code, pass the quiz and submit your evaluation of the course before claiming the certificate.


How do I gain access to the course quiz?
Once you have completed viewing the course, the system will allow you access to the enter the verification code and then take the post-course quiz.


How many questions does the course quiz have?
The post-course test has 10 multiple-choice questions.


What is the passing score for the course quiz?
The passing score for the post-course test is 80% or higher.


How many continuing education credits can I earn by participating in the training?
You will earn up to 2 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit.


How do I retrieve my certificate once I earn it?
After you successfully completed all the steps to earn your certificate, you will be able to immediately download your certificate. To reprint your certificate, click on your dashboard.


What are the technical requirements for accessing a webinar?
You must access the webinar with a browser that supports HTML5. We recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Edge or Safari. To confirm that you are ready to participate, please test your browser before joining the webinar.


How many times can I view the course I purchased?
There is no limit to the number of times you can view a purchased course. Additionally, presentation handouts are included and are downloadable for later viewing.


How do I attend a live course?
On the scheduled date and time, log onto the web site to view the presentation online. The audio portion of the program is available through either the phone or streaming audio. Instructions for accessing courses will be sent via email prior to the event.
